There are seemingly countless weight loss programs available for you to choose from, and each offers something unique, so how will you decide which one is right for you? You must consider and identify which weight loss program suits your budget, personal preferences, and lifestyle. There can be three types of weight loss programs:

  • Type: the type of exercise you will be doing
